The CORE Multi-Dimensional Awareness Profile®:

The CORE Multi-Dimensional Awareness Profile® (MAP) is the tool that we use to customize, tailor and measure training and coaching for you and your organization. With 54% of the population not knowing themselves well enough to accurately self-report, this tool also includes a personal facilitation and coaching session for understanding and application of your results. In fact, with this tool, Contagious Companies is the ONLY Company worldwide able to effectively and graphically measure your training or coaching return on investment, showing behavioral change and impact. This is why the CORE Profile® is included in nearly all Contagious Coaching™ and Contagious Consulting™ engagements. This assessment tool will give you tremendous personal and professional insights and help define not only who you are, but what you want to be, what are your next steps, and how you are progressing.

CORE Profiles®:

  • Are web based
  • Take 45-60 minutes to complete
  • Are reviewed by a professional coach who delivers your results in a 90 minute coaching session. Please note: completion of the CORE Profile® is a fee based service. To receive your results and your 90 minute facilitation there will be a fee. You’re worth it!

Often those who complete the web based CORE Profile®, which includes a 90 minute facilitation of your results, have a myriad of "ah-ha" moments and experience their most fulfilling and productive 30 days after understanding their CORE® preferences and behaviors. This tool is not a test, as one cannot fail your very own personality. Instead, it is a tool that raises your own self-awareness of what you do when and why and allows you and others to self-manage behavior, even in the toughest and most stressful times. This tool even answers the often elusive “Now What?” question most other tools ignore.

Our proprietary customization process using CORE® prior to providing training, includes:

  • We examine the styles and behaviors of each individual team member.
  • We then assess how these behaviors might be contributing to the organizational problems and determine what skills need to be improved upon in order to solve the problems.
  • We then design the customized group training and provide individual coaching for those who will gain the most benefit.
  • We deliver your training solution, providing the leadership, confidence and communication skills specific to your organizational needs and to those that you have chosen to include in the training project. The training courses do not broadcast individual results and are instead leader-led experiences of learning with fun and entertainment mixed in to enhance retention and application.
  • In 1-6 months following the training, your group will be able to take a progress report and see actual growth and quantifiable measurement of the improvement from training and coaching. (The CORE® Progress Report is a separate online tool.)

WHAT CAN IT DO FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

The CORE Profile® and its use in the customized training process will quite simply help you develop employees who complain less, stay longer, and produce more.
