Monica Wofford, MBA, CSP

Monica first became a manager at the age of 18. She’s been a manager, an executive in Corporate America, and a business owner. Her coaching style is one that puts a priority on progress and results. She’ll push as hard as you want her to push, but also recognizes that life gets in the way even when there’s a goal on the board. With a great deal of life experience, not all of which has been easy or fun, Monica’s coaching style mirrors her speaking in that some days you’ll laugh and learn and others days you’ll experience the epiphanies that move you forward... fast!

Tom Hoisington

Tom is a true leader in his community with a long time involvement in the Boy Scouts of America. He is also instrumental in providing guidance and direction to those struggling with issues in finance. His background includes a career as a credit counselor who has masterfully encouraged even those who see little hope, few solutions, and have experienced long term hardship. Tom is skilled in helping you find hope, as well as empathizing with how things might seem challenging now, but can become much more clear, fun, and successful in the near term future.

Gloria Johnson M.Ed.

Gloria has a Masters in Adult Training and Development and has worked with local business owners to grow and promote their businesses for the past 23 years and thrives on helping them be successful in their endeavors. Getting to know people and what drives them, and then guiding them to reach their goals, is one of her passions. With sincerity and empathy, Gloria assists people in revealing their strengths while helping identify areas of potential growth that can enhance the joy and energy a person can get out of life.

Cindy Kane

Cindy Kane loves working with people who want to learn, grow, and make a real difference in their own lives and the lives of others. Her coaching style embraces the strengths that you possess and the differences that make you a unique individual, guiding your progress and helping you hold yourself accountable for the actions that you commit to and the results that you seek.

Giving back to her community through her time, talent and treasures is important to Cindy. For the past 20 years, Cindy Kane has served the nonprofit community as a consultant, trainer, advisor, and in a variety of volunteer leadership positions including the United Way, the University of South Florida Women in Leadership and Philanthropy, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Sharon Lucas, MS, ISD

Sharon Lucas is a professional OD and Training consultant focusing on adult learning, management development, coaching, organizational performance and processes, instructional design, customer service and sales training with over 17 years experience. Successful in creating and leading training departments, facilitating executive meetings, creating mission, vision, and goal setting for organizations, utilizing competency modeling, consulting with top management and teams and conducting needs analysis. Sharon is also well versed and effective in design and delivery of training content to varying size audiences.

Kathy Potts

Kathy Potts has been coaching business-minded professionals for over 10 years. When clients hire Kathy, they are typically seeking to increase a specific skill, change a behavior, increase an awareness or appreciation, improve key relationships, and ultimately…deliver results. Kathy is the former Director of Organizational Development with Home Shopping Network and currently owns OnCorePerformance. She works with Executive to Middle Level Management as well as key performers in both the private and public sectors and has developed a success retreat for women known as Destination Breakthru.
